Malacab began as a single vehicle providing airport transfers from Malaga Airport. As our client base grew, we partnered with other transport providers to expand our network and meet the increasing demand. During this process, we learned that many partners were dissatisfied with the high commissions charged by existing apps and agents. To address this, we launched our own ridesharing app, designed to offer lower commissions and ensure drivers receive a larger share of each payment.
To further enhance accessibility, we plan to install easy-to-use booking kiosks at venues throughout Fuengirola and Benalmadena, making it simpler than ever to book local rides.
With our advanced driver and passenger apps, clients can book rides either for immediate pickup or in advance. Drivers using the app can accept rides in their current area or opt for pre-booked trips. At Malaga Airport, drivers can join a virtual queue to secure the next available booking, streamlining the process and ensuring efficient service for both passengers and drivers.
